The Problem : People want to watch their favorite shows, but they find themselves not remembering what they watched and why they loved that specific show in the first place.
The Solution: A solution is using a mobile app that sends notifications to users for when they have been inactive in watching their favorite shows as well as video summary snippets sent to users phone lock screens that play little gifs/video to get users excited.
User Research Plan
As a user researcher, we want to evaluate how people go back to watching their favorite shows. We hypothesize that there are many people that struggle to remember to watch their favorite TV shows.
Objective 1: See what patterns people have that makes them stop watching a show
Objective 2: See what methods users use to get back on track on binge watching a show
Objective 3: See how people felt after missing out exciting moments of a show.
